Training as a neurosystemic coach (DBVC recognised)

For people who want to dedicate themselves to human change.

You are passionate about professionally accompanying people with their issues in a wide variety of contexts. When clients come to you with very complex and emotionally charged concerns and issues, this is often a great challenge, despite all your empathy and passion for human development as a coach, consultant or trainer. Even with very difficult concerns, you want to get to the bottom of things together with the client while remaining a clear counterpart. How can you effectively design intensive processes while remaining healthy and powerful yourself? Step by step you will be prepared for your role as a coach in the neuro-systemic training. You will gain autonomy, clarity and embodied language skills for this profession.

For leaders

As a leader, you want to achieve the greatest possible impact in your organization while motivating and developing your employees to achieve your company's goals and strategies. To do this, you want to support and empower your employees so that they come into their own and willingly take responsibility for the tasks assigned to them. Your performance is significantly dependent on the quality of your relationship building with your employees, with your peers, with your managers and with your customers. If you learn to understand your personal history of diverse learning experiences in dealing with people and transform some unhelpful views, you will more easily succeed in shaping a sustainable and trusting relationship with yourself and with others. Coaching skills are becoming more and more of a necessity - especially in flattening hierarchies, e.g. in an HR function, as a product owner, scrum master or in roles responsible for projects or programs. Your ability to adapt to a wide variety of characters, to help colleagues "out of a jam" will become more important. In many roles, employee development becomes colleague development and coaching skills become an increasingly important core competency. As an employee, you are constantly involved in different communication processes in your company, either actively or passively; "people can't not communicate". As an employee, you may feel that what you say does not really reach colleagues or managers and that you do not feel properly understood. Successful communication is more than choosing what you think are the right words. It involves the involuntary often unconscious body communication. This enables you to enrich your working relationships again through constructive, empathetic and clear communication.

The main contents

  • Self-coaching and self-leadership through conscious mindset change in the coaching process.
  • The application of embodiment-based tools and interventions based on neuroscientific findings for the transformation of "somatic markers".
  • Reflecting Team formats for clarifying the coach role forleaders, employees, coaches, trainers and consultants
  • The application of the neuro-systemic process loop in 6 phases as a basic coaching structure
  • Confident handling of one's own conflict behavior and of conflicts in context
  • Pattern interruption and change of interaction in intra- and interpersonal dynamics
  • Embodied Resonance Talks for training body intelligence with information from implicit memory
  • Pacing and Leading processes to harness resources
  • Dynamic hypnosystemic order clarification with ego states and the observer self

How we work

The training is strongly self-experience oriented. All methods and contents are first demonstrated and then practiced in practice. Theoretical content is incorporated into the practice in impulse lectures. A detailed script for the theoretical basics is provided. Through embodiment-based exercises in 2 - 3 and 4 settings, the teaching contents are trained. These exercises will be analyzed and debriefed in plenary in reflecting team format. Through peer groups between the modules of the course, the learning outcomes are anchored more deeply. The course management and the assisting tutors support the learning processes sustainably and ensure the continuity of the training.

Procedure

The training includes 8 face-to-face training modules and 7 virtual pit stops for integration and effective learning transfer. The training concludes with DBVC certification. The detailed curriculum is available here as a pdf for download.
