Mindful Servant Leadership®
Mindful Servant Leadership® is the high-end program for modern leaders.
In six modules we walk a path that will change you. From the inside out we work on self-leadership skills, explore the fine tuning of interaction with other people and with (corporate) cultures. You learn to be aware of your modus operandi and to be able to adapt it to the needs of the moment. Throughout the training we deepen mindfulness inwardly and outwardly and in the last module we open the door to the questions that point beyond ourselves.

Mindful Servant Leadership is more than just leadership training. Servant Leadership is an attitude, a response to the demands that flatter hierarchies and disruptive developments in the world of work place on the leadership role. The MSL journey is the development of an attitude - towards oneself, others, the future and the meaning of work.
