What experiences have shaped me?
Since my time as a handball coach, I have been fascinated by bringing people together as a team toward a goal. In doing so, it is important to finely work out and coordinate both the individual strengths and those of the collective. From the very beginning, I have been concerned with the question of how people can remain free, capable of action and goal-oriented under great pressure. I have been able to make important learning experiences in my training and in my professional practice as a trainer, consultant and therapist. I am driven to make depth psychological aspects in the accompaniment of individuals for more complex systems such as teams in organizations connectable and effective.
What are important concerns for me in my work?
In my work as a cultural developer, my main concern is to work out the interactions of individual body-emotional intelligence and atmospheric intelligences in teams and organizations and to bring them into the collective consciousness. For me, this is the basis for letting go of the tried and true, which is often no longer sustainable, and allowing space for new possibilities to unfold. I am happy to accompany processes in which a jointly generated field for creativity as well as new strategies for thinking and acting emerges.
