What experiences have shaped me?

In my ten years as an HR manager in various leadership roles and the decade as a corporate change manager in business development, I developed a deep interest in how people can change with as little stress and tension as possible. This has led me to various trainings in systematic process and change management, coaching, mediation, and even experiential and body-oriented psychotherapy to accompany my activities. The personal effectiveness of people drives me - people who feel effective, are effective without losing themselves. I am convinced that personal well-being and effectiveness are closely linked. Both are very important to me.

What are important concerns for me in my work?

I am "all about" people. Every person is a wonderful success story. And every person has learned behaviors and patterns in the past that were absolutely necessary to do well in life. Maybe some of those patterns and behaviors are not the best fit today sometimes - relatively likely in times of change. The patterns we all have internalized are based on views we learned in the past. And these beliefs are what prevent us from growing and coping well with "problems" or challenges in certain circumstances. This is also true for organizations. Helping people and organizations overcome these barriers is important to me and I really enjoy it when people cooperate with each other beyond what has been possible before.
