My roles at MindArt

Coach, Trainer

What experiences have shaped me?

In the course of my professional activities, both as an executive in a listed medium-sized company and as a therapist in a clinical environment or as a teaching trainer, high demands were and are made on my creativity, ability to work in a team and flexibility. In the process, I came to the conclusion that one's own assessment of a situation is always only one of many possible perspectives. A methodical approach, no matter how sophisticated, is not effective if it is not in harmony with the inner attitude. Here, the mindfulness-based values as well as the systemic principles have a high significance for me. In addition, I realized that especially in companies the community, the collective knowledge, plays an important role. If we combine this and our individual experiences in a constructive way, it adds up to an immense treasure.

What are important concerns for me in my work?

Although we supposedly know what leaders do and which processes they use, the most important dimension of effective leadership is largely unrecognized and disappears in the "blind spot", of the organization or of each individual: the origin of human actions, the inner source from which the actions come.

Recognizing the inner attitude of both a leader and an entire organization are very exciting and forward-looking areas of work for me. I am firmly convinced that if the inner source of human actions can be well taken into account in change and innovation projects, systems and processes in companies can be sustainably changed.
