New in the MindArt® Team: Sina Gillé-Gerhold
We are very happy to welcome Sina Gillé-Gerhold to the MindArt® team.
Sina is an outstanding change manager, with many valuable internal and external company experiences.
One of her main focuses at MindArt® is culture development - one of our heartfelt concerns. Fortunately also a hobbyhorse of Sina. The combination of internal and external company experience distinguishes Sina. She knows the needs and difficulties that executives, HR and change managers face and has successfully mastered many of these difficulties herself as an internal change manager and HR manager. At the same time, she also knows companies from the outside and can bring her internal experience with her external coaching and consulting expertise.
Sina has combined various systemic trainings, coaching trainings and a long-term training as a Hakomi therapist in her repertoire and will have all essential roles of our offer in the MindArt® team, as a coach, trainer, change manager and especially as a culture developer.
