What experiences have shaped me?
Male domains without female role models. They led me on a path to authenticity and unwaveringness. Guided by the questions: Who do I want to be as a woman in a performance organization? What brings me joy and what qualities do I want to have? What really makes sense?
What are important concerns for me in my work?
Values that are important for myself: Authenticity and an honest look. Taking responsibility and making clear decisions. I want to help clients and organizations to be true to these values, to be aware of their responsibility as individuals and collectively and to act accordingly. Take it easy. Have a "holy ground" and let it become your standard. It takes courage to become who you really are. You can't get what you don't ask for. Be a source. Follow joy.
