What experiences have shaped me?

Business administration and behavioral science issues inspired me early on. Since then, backgrounds, contexts and findings have accompanied me in teaching, research and practice. And again and again, I notice that it is the people who make the difference between successful and less successful companies through their skills and commitment. Reaching people, motivating them and ensuring sustainable change is what motivates and inspires me.

What are important concerns for me in my work?

There is no shortage of good ideas in companies. Mostly, changes fail because of the acceptance as well as the ability and willingness to change. The conscious and interdisciplinary examination of the change process is therefore a special concern of mine. My goal is to make strategies, goals and processes comprehensible and at the same time understand the people behind them, take them seriously and bring them along in the process of change.
