My roles at MindArt
Coach, trainer, cultural developer
What experiences have shaped me?
My life and work experiences in Germany, USA, UK and France have given me a deep sense of how people behave when working with others, what is helpful for good collaboration and where improvements are possible in teamwork and leadership, also against the background of intercultural differences. I have become curious about how people can learn this social and process competence and how I can support this development through training, consulting and individual coaching with leaders in organizations. Feedback plays an important role in this and a clear analysis/good look at what is happening in organizational processes.
What are important concerns for me in my work?
I am passionate about working with people. In my role as an organizational consultant, it is important for me to develop clarity about goals, structures and interests. In change processes, it is about identifying resistance and picking up people with their fears and concerns. I have a lot of experience with different training designs and learning topics; here it is important to me to design a learning process in which people learn from their own experience and not from theory. This is fun, linked to positive emotions and much more sustainable. In my role as a coach, I make a point of proceeding slowly and carefully, taking the pressure off. With these very complex topics, small steps are wonderful successes that the coachee sometimes cannot recognize as success themselves. Learning from success is a personal concern of mine.
