My roles at MindArt
Coach, trainer, cultural developer
What experiences have shaped me?
People and their interactions have always interested me. My studies in economics and social sciences with a focus on sociology and human resources have taught me to look at people, issues and systems from different angles. Ten years of corporate experience have broadened my corporate and role perspective and sharpened my sense for cultural imprints and system boundaries. I have learned through my training how inner processes can work, and this continues to occupy me. Bringing potential to the surface with curiosity and an inquiring mind, recognizing and integrating hurdles, finding coherent goals and paths - that's simply what I like to do.
What are important concerns for me in my work?
Being effective with ease. When accompanying people, I am not concerned with quick optimization, but with acceptance, joy in the expression of one's own personality and sustainable change. A conscious approach to one's own personality, relationships, systems and issues can create clarity for what is really important. Creating a shared journey at eye level with respect for individual life stories, practical, process/goal oriented, mindful and authentic - that is a really important concern for me.
