What experiences have shaped me?

As a former handball Bundesliga player and coach, and with 23 years of leadership experience in the national and international publishing industry as managing director, publishing director and owner, I have been working on the topic of personal development for more than ten years.

In doing so, my goal is to promote personal change through awareness, to increase self-management and self-leadership in order to sustainably anchor clarity and orientation in one's attitude and way of acting.

What are important concerns for me in my work?

With my passion as a coach and trainer, it is my concern to support people to explore more deeply who they are, how they want to be and how they affect others. In doing so, my goal is to turn the gaze from the outside to the inside in order to recognize abilities, talents, qualities, to perceive oneself more consciously in different situations in order to develop a good self-esteem out of it. With more understanding about one's inner world and a more conscious attitude, I want people to become more competent, more resilient, more powerful to live an authentic life.
